Thanks for your patience and the backend access and FTP credentials. It helped narrow down the issue quickly.

It looks like the 'Authentication - Email' plugin erroneously changes the username that's stored as trying to log in instead of leaving intact what was sent into the plugin. Then when JFBConnect tries to authenticate, we're not able to grab the right credentials to send to FB. The fix is that the JFBConnect Authentication plugin should always be ordered before the Authentication Email plugin.

Obviously, please test and let us know if there's any more issues.

Thank you, Melissa and Alex, for your patience with our side, too, and I really appreciate the fix. I reviewed the user type plugins order as part of my troubleshooting, but not the authentication ones so that's a great lesson learned. Works like a charm now. Once again - appreciate the help.
