Also, which version of PHP are you using?

Alright.. we've been digging in and believe we know where the issue lies. It *only* affects sites running on PHP 7.0 or 7.1. We do all of our testing on PHP 7.4, which is the latest version (not including PHP 8.0 which isn't recommended for Joomla yet).

I'm going to email you a new release of JFBConnect, v9.0.152. We are not putting it in the download area yet as we'd like to perform some more tests. Please install it and let us know if the error is resolved.

Thank you,
Alex

Thanks, the update has fixed the and it does not brake our website.
JFBConnect - LinkedIn plugin

And , due to other software installed at our website, we're still running on PHP 5.6.40

That's great news. We'll continue to test this release and publish it soon as long as we don't find any other issues.

Thanks for your feedback, and let us know if you have any other questions.

well, spoke too soon.

Not sure if if was your update , but now the opt-in checkbox to the license terms does not activate the download file button we're using at Phoca Download extension.

Can you check if your update inferferes with this?

We don't have Phoca and I've never used it before. Can you provide (or email) steps on how we can test on the front-end of your site?

It's likely a Javascript error. We can check to see if it is related to JFBConnect.

Thanks,
Alex

A very easy way to test on your own is to simply disable the JFBCConnect - System plugin. That plugin enables most of the functionality in JFBConnect. If it's disabled and Phoca still does not work properly, the issue is most likely not caused by JFBConnect.

did that , but the developers from our website detected that it's Cleantalk plugin that is damaging the website.
We've contacted them already.

Anyhow, doing switch on and off, tuning-up, I don't understand now why we no longer see the social registration buttons at the Jooma user registration webpage.
Something we're missing here?

For Microsoft with JFBConnect v9, you'll need to download the Microsoft Services add-on . With the latest version of JFBConnect, we've moved some of the previously included social networks to separate paid add-ons.

Since you were a subscriber before JFBConnect v9 launched, your existing subscription provides access to all social networks that were available with JFBConnect v8, so you should be able to see the Microsoft Services plugin in the My Downloads area:
www.sourcecoast.com/my-profile

As long as your subscription remains active, you'll keep access to the additional social networking plugins.

Anyhow, doing switch on and off, tuning-up, I don't understand now why we no longer see the social registration buttons at the Jooma user registration webpage.

Please check the following:
* The JFBCSystem plugin is enabled
* The "Integrate into Joomla Login" setting in the JFBConnect -> Configuration -> "Login / Logout" section is enabled.

Hopefully that helps get you going, but should you need anything else, just let us know.

Thanks,
Alex
