Hi there.

I have the following issue.

When I log out from my website I get a 404 error page which says

"Error: SOME_ERROR_CODE - JLIB_USER_ERROR_UNABLE_TO_LOAD_USER"

My website is inthessaloniki.com

Hope you have a solution in mind

That means that some plugin or extension is trying to load the user ID of a user that doesn't exist. For example, the extension is trying to load id 60 from the database when that row doesn't exist.

Can you tell me:
* Does this happen only when you are logged in with a social network, or does it happen when you login using standard Joomla credentials as well?
* If you go to the JFBConnect -> Usermap area, that will check for any incorrect 'mappings' between social networks and Joomla accounts. It should try to auto-correct them as well. Please go there and see if any messages appear or if any of the rows don't look right (mainly, if they don't have any Joomla information about the user).
* Check your User plugins and try disabling any that may not be required. It's possible one is trying to do something during the logout process that is causing your problems.

I hope that helps get you started,
Alex

Hi. Thank you for the reply,

The issue comes in both ways.

I couldn't see any error neither an auto correct button.

I found that topic but it didn't worked on me.

Are there any other suggestions to solve it?Hope yes.

There's a few more things to check and try:
* Can you test with the standard mod_login module? That's the built-in Joomla login module. If the logout issue happens with that, it indicates the problem is not related to JFBConnect.
* If it only happens with the SCLogin module, check the "Logout Redirection" setting configured in the module to make sure it's a proper menu item that should be redirected to.

I couldn't see any error neither an auto correct button.

There isn't a button. Just loading the page will run some checks to make sure there are no issues with the users.

I'm not sure what topic you're referencing here.

Are there any other suggestions to solve it?

Again, can you let me know what User plugins you have enabled? Also, check if there are any system plugins enabled that may alter the logout flow. Plugins can change how the logout process goes and may be causing the error you're running into.

Thanks,
Alex

First of all thank you for accepting to open the thread once again

I did test it

I have one module at url

Test pagehttp://www.inthessaloniki.com/en/pasta-flora-darling

I get the same error.

If it only happens with the SCLogin module, check the "Logout Redirection" setting configured in the module to make sure it's a proper menu item that should be redirected to.

I set as logout page the Home page but still

If you're getting the same error with the standard Joomla login module, it indicates that JFBConnect is not the cause of the problem. It sounds like there's some other issue on your system that is causing the redirects to a 404 page. That could be another system or user plugin trying to redirect users after authentication, an SEF configuration issue, or various other things.

Is there some specific reason you think the error above is caused by JFBConnect? Any information on why you think it's our extension may help us narrow down the cause.

Thanks,
Alex

As Alex suggested, please investigate any components such as SH404SEF or any system/user plugins on your site that may have redirection settings (such as JomSocial, Community Builder etc). When testing, I'd also suggest turning off any caching on your site to help narrow down things faster.
