I have problems in Module SCLogin. He did not work on any theme of RT. I am also using the JReviews. I believe it is a problem with Jquery. Unfortunately I do not know how to solve. Can you help me?

Marcos,
Looking at the HTML on that site, the our media/sourcecoast/js/bootstrap.min.js file is not being included in the page output. It looks like you have the "Include Bootstrap" setting enabled in the SCLogin module because our bootstrap.css file *is* being included properly on the page.

Do you know of any reason that our bootstrap.min.js file would not be included properly? Is there any caching or optimization plugins you have enabled that you can (temporarily) disable to see if that helps?

We'll need to figure out why our file isn't being included, which is required for the modal to work. Once that's properly inserted into the page, things should be find.

I hope that helps get you started, but let us know what you find.

Thanks,
Alex

Disregard that last post. I just realized you're using Joomla 3.x, I incorrectly though you were on Joomla 2.5.

To fix the issue you're having and properly include the bootstrap.js file, please make the minor edit discussed in this support post .

This will definitely be fixed in the upcoming release of the SCLogin module as well as multiple other improvements and fixes.

Thanks,
Alex

Your page has a countdown timer on it now, so I can't see the module in a working/not working state. Is there a URL you can send where we can see things not working? Then we can investigate further.

Thanks,
Alex

Did you make the change I mentioned above? I'm still not seeing the bootstrap.min.js file included on the home page like I'd expect, and is required. If you did make the change, please clear all of your Joomla and RocketTheme caches.

I do see it on the other interior pages and the popup is working on those pages properly. We'll have to figure out why it's not working on the home page.

Does the modal popup work if you disable the RokSprocket module?

Thanks,
Alex

I disabled the plugin and module RokSprocket and cleared the cache, still not resolved.

In the past a topic here on the forum, you had encountered this problem

Marcos,
There's no Javascript errors or anything else on the page that would be causing the problem that I can see. Right now, the problem is simply that our bootstrap.min.js file isn't being loaded on that page.

Do you have any other pages that use RokSprocket that you could test on? I've never heard of RokSprocket causing problems, but it seems like you think the conflict is there. If you have another page to test on with that enabled, that would help narrow down the possible cause.

Finally, if you'd like to Private Message me a set of admin credentials, I'd gladly login to your site to see if there's something we can see in your configuration that's causing the problem.

Thanks,
Alex
