Alex, my home page is already a "featured article"....and other featured articles work and display correctly... You can access to my Joomla admin panel and verify by yourself. As I told you I sent to you a private message with all the credentials you need to access to my Joomla admin panel. Thanks in advance.

Luca,
In your template profile for "frontpage" there was the following setting "System Output". That was disabled and that is what was hiding the component output. I enabled it and now the modal popup work.

Try that and let me know how it goes.

Thanks, and good luck,
Alex

Hello Alex,
thanks for your help but there is a problem again. In fact when you click on the "login" icon the authentication form appears. Then if you try to push the "LinkedIn" icon (for LinkedIn authentication) nothing happens: so LinkedIn authentication seems not to work...how come?

Let me know, thanks.

Luca,
I'm not sure what version of JLinked you're using, but the SCLogin module fully supports JFBConnect v5.0+ and JLinked v2.0+. If you're on an earlier version, that is likely why it isn't working. If you're on a more recent version, let us know which one and we can diagnose the problem further.

Thanks,
Alex

Luca,
JLinked v2.0 had a lot of changes in it, including a way to create custom Login button images similar to how JFBConnect can do it. With that, you can use any image or text and just add call the JLinked Javascript to login. The SCLogin module expects that behavior to be present. Unfortunately, there's no mode in the new SCLogin module to fall back to the older JLinked v1.x methods. For more information on the changes, see the JLinked Changelog .

JLinked v2.1 is also expected later this month, which will add automatic account creation as an option so the user won't have to see any forms during registration. There's always new features planned, and we simply can't support all the older versions of our extensions with the newest features.

I'd recommend downgrading back to SCLogin v2.0 or upgrading to JLinked v2.0, whichever works best for you. I think SCLogin shouldn't have any issues with JFBConnect v4.2. However, that's a pretty old version as well. v4.3 was released last year and v5.0 came out earlier this year.

Thanks,
Alex

Luca,
You can download and install the SCLogin v2.0 module from the link below:
www.sourcecoast.com/index.php?option=com...ease&Itemid=248&id=4

You'll need to be logged in to see the files, but you shouldn't have any problem downgrading from there.

I hope that helps,
Alex
