The configuration is done outside of SCLogin. First, you'll need to configure and enable the appropriate multifactor plugins in the Plugin Manager.

Second, the user must then enable multifactor authentication on their Joomla profile. This is done outside of SCLogin with the core Users extension (for instance, you can set up a menu item for View/Edit Profile which points at index.php?option=com_users&view=profile. When you edit that on the front-end, they can follow the prompts for enabling multifactor)

Third, once the plugin is enabled and a user has it set up for them, SCLogin should automatically detect this when the login button is pressed and show the extra screen for the multifactor (e.g. prompt for a code or send the passkey notification, etc.)

I have activated Multi-factor Authentication the Joomla default plugin. and it can be used But what I see from SCLogin it will open a modal. But mine opens to a new page, not a modal, so I would like to ask what should I do?

Thank you

Can you verify that this is different behavior than the standard Joomla login module?

Joomla's login module is not modal. When you press login, it brings up a new page for verification. But SCLogin is modal and I saw in the video demo how two factor authentication works. that you can make the inspection modal, which in the video demo doesn't say how to make the inspection modal instead of starting a new page So I have come to ask for help.

thank you.

With previous version of Joomla the modal did pop up with SCLogin otp, but if it's not doing it anymore, I'll have to investigate why (whether it's something that broke in our code or something that changed in the newer versions of Joomla).

- Thank you for the correction. I really like it. But when I don't enter the secret code and press login. Why can I log in?
- I don't know what the secret password is. I tried randomizing my password but was able to log in. Can I let customers set their own secret password?

Thank you for your work.
