Typing not showing with Modal Popup

Hi,

About a month ago I got help here because none of the typing was showing up even though it was being entered.
It was suggested that I add:.sclogin .input-append {
font-size: 16px;
}To the theme override. That worked for the "Always Visible" setting, but it does not work with the "Modal Popup" setting.
Is there some CSS that I can add that will fix this as well?

Update: it appears that the text is white on a white input background. I can type in the username field and highlight what I typed, then I can see what I typed. I tried adding font color css to the code above but no change.
