Please help me get this solved

First, please do not post your admin credentials in our forums. These are public posts. I've removed them from above, but in the future, please use a private message, email or use Facebook Messenger to send them.

As for the error message, that usually indicates that Facebook requires more information about your Application before it can be used. Most times, this is about any additional data you are requesting from your users but it could be for more general information about your website.

Please try the following:
* Go to developers.facebook.com/apps
* On the left side, there should be a "Filter by" area as long as a "Required Actions" section. If the Required Actions section has any apps in it, please click into those apps and determine what actions need to be done.
* If there are no Required Actions for any apps, click into the app you have configured for the Just1vote.ca website.
* In the app's detail page, see if there are messages at the top about fields or data missing.
* If the app switch at the top shows "In Development", try switching that to "Live". If an error or warning message displays, try to fix it or let us know what the message is so we can help you investigate further.
