JFBConnect won't support a checkbox directly for this, but we have multiple methods in which you can get the user's confirmation. Here's some suggestions that work with JFBConnect already:
Post Registration flows:
* Set the New User Redirection option to send them to your marketing extension which can ask them for their consent
* Set the New User Redirection option to send them to your profile extension (either Joomla's or some other component) where they can confirm
During Registration flows:
* JFBConnect supports multiple registration flows where the user can authenticate with a social network and then go to a registration page (Joomla's, JFBConnect or a 3rd party, like JomSocial). Once there, the profile data from the social network will be imported already but more questions or check boxes can be presented to the user. This speeds up registration, but allows for any types of additional questions to be asked, not just marketing consent.
