Please try disabling the Parse URL settings in the Community Builder system login, especially the one for redirection URLs. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest temporarily disabling any caching features or extensions you have enabled. Also, could you try logging in with the standard Joomla login module and see if the behavior is the same?
