It popped up for me when I clicked the login button and seemed correct. Can you explain more about how you're testing (what browser, etc) and what you're seeing (error message, no popup, etc)?

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks for your support.

Apologies for the delay,

I had figured out what the problem was in the end, however I am having issues with the pop-up when moving the inline js to the bottom before the closing body tag. As this seems to brake the formatting of the pop-up, see attached screenshot.

Can you explain what you mean by:

however I am having issues with the pop-up when moving the inline js to the bottom before the closing body tag

There is a some Javascript and CSS that are required to render the SCLogin module. If you're having issues by re-arranging things, my best recommendation is to not do rearrange any of the files associated with the SCLogin module.

Optimizations can improve site load time very slightly, but ordering of Javascript is critical.

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks for your support.

That makes sense, hover I am not fully aware of all CSS and S involved to make the sc_login module to work properly

Anything loading into your site from the /libraries/sourcecoast directory should not be touched. All our CSS and JS files that are included are in those directories. If you can have whatever optimization tool you're using skip those files, you should be good. Beyond that, there's not much we can do as I don't know things are being re-arranged and inlined on your site.

I hope that helps,
Alex

Thanks for that,

For some reason there does not appear to be any folder called Sourcecoast within the Libraries folder.

I apologize. Our CSS and Javascript files are in the /libraries/sourcecoast folder.. specifically, /libraries/sourcecoast/css and /libraries/sourcecoast/js

I hope that helps,
Alex

Thanks for your help,

unfortunately it does not, I can see CSS and JS folders within "media/sourcecoast" but not "libraries/sourcecoast"

The library Alex is referring to is installed with JFBConnect. It's not included with the standalone SCLogin module. I just visited your site and clicked the Login button and the modal popped up as expected. Are you still having problems or have you already resolved the issue?
