hovering deactivates main menu

Once logged in, accidentally hovering over sclogin interface makes main menu inactive.


I can click the log-out button but all the other menu items to the left of the interface are not clickable.
Once I log out the menu is active again and when I log-in it is stll active but if the mouse touches the "Welcome" message or the button then the main menu is dead.
