You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE Array='2547'' at line 3 SQL=SELECT count(*) FROM WHERE Array='2547'

Any idea what could be wrong

Thanks

No, honestly. I haven't heard of that error before and there's not much information there that could help narrow things down.

Can you tell me when you're getting that error? Is it during the installation process, after the install, in the admin area or the front-end area? Also, if you disable the JFBCSystem plugin, does the problem go away?

Let us know any details you can and we'll gladly help investigate further.

Thanks,
Alex

We had never heard of that error until you, but another user posted a similar problem earlier today. Very strange.

Can you disable any social profile plugins you have enabled to see if that fixes the authentication issue? If so, re-enable them one by one and let me know which one causes the issue.

Either way, if you'd like me to investigate further, please Private Message me admin details, and I'll gladly take a look.

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks for the credentials. I disabled the "Custom DB" social profile plugin and the error went away. You didn't have that plugin configured properly in the "Profiles" area, which is why the error was thrown.

If you don't want to import profile data into a custom database table, just leave that plugin disabled, and you should be good to go.

I hope that helps,
Alex
