Joomla keeps asking me to upgrade was created by Riceman

I keep seeing this:
JomSocial - Upgrade to JFBConnect v6 now for complete social network integration.

Is there another file i need to download, I have 6.1.1 installed

You likely have the older JFBC Profile plugins enabled. Those were used in JFBConnect v4.x. In JFBConnect v5+ (including v6), we switched to our "Social Profile" plugins. You can safely uninstall any JFBCProfile plugins you have installed, like the JFBC Profile - JomSocial plugin.
