We're actually starting the planning stages to re-organize our forums a bit. In general, we'll likely just have a "Help" forum for JFBConnect, instead of broken out forums for Joomla 2.5/3.x.. and other forums for feature requests, general 'questions', and even a show-off forum where users can post the amazing things they've done with JFBConnect.
As for your question, additional comment options is planned as well. I'm not sure if we'll be adding all the options from RokComments.. or at least, not immediately, but adding Disqus is something we can see in the more near term. We like Facebook Comments, and it made sense to only support that when JFBConnect was Facebook-centric. We agree that it's time to expand into other commenting options though.
