API error and failure of Error Check was created by edand

When I run error check I get this response.

Checks performed on: webeddy.com/
Error: Could not fetch page. Server returned:

Error Code: 503 - Unknown Error

I've tried this with the site both online and offline and still get the same response.

The other problem is that even though I specified a Privacy URL for the app, it won't let me turn off sandbox mode. I don't see the privacy url anywhere on the app developers pages. I can't add it or change it. I can only see it on the JFB set up page.

Can you give me some help on this?

I'm not sure why the Autotune tool is throwing that message. I just ran an Error Check on your page and all the tests passed.

The Privacy URL can be found in the "App Details" section in the Facebook Developers area. We've heard from a few users that Facebook is actually performing some sort of checks on these URLs recently. If the page is not accessible or doesn't seem to be a real privacy page, then Facebook silently doesn't accept it and won't let you go out of sandbox mode.

All I can say is make sure you're using a real privacy URL and that it's actually set in the App Details section.
