That happens if Facebook can't access the URL that you have the comment box on. If the page is offline or for registered users only, that's likely why. As long as you have a few pages with social features on them that Facebook can see (public), that message will go away even on your private pages.. but it may take a few days for Facebook to 'trust' your site.

The other thing you can do is run that URL through the Facebook URL Debug tool and see if there are any Errors. Any displayed warnings aren't usually a problem though, just so you know.

I hope that helps,
Alex

The debug tool seems to be having a few issues with your site. I tried to load an article from your site in it and would randomly get codes of 403, 500 or a flat out "Error parsing input URL, no data was scraped." message. There were a few times that I received a 200 code, which is the 'normal' code.

It seems like there may be some connectivity issue between your site and Facebook that could be causing the problem. You'd have to check your server logs to make sure there are no errors or problems there.

When the page returned a 200 code, there were some legitimate warnings that Facebook reported:
* All of your pages have an Open Graph URL tag pointing to your home page. I'm not sure if you set this in the Open Graph area of JFBConnect, but you should *not* set the URL parameter at all there.
* The object type for those pages was "nuestro_tiempo:Article". Facebook reports that the nuestro_tiempo:Article type hasn't been created for your app. You may want to use the "Built-In Facebook" setting in the object type parameters to use Facebook's pre-defined "article" type, which is what I'd recommend.

It's possible fixing those 2 problems will fix the connectivity issues, but I don't think it will. Either way, they should be fixed.

I hope that helps,
Alex
