Hello,

I added the facebook comment to my website: danhgia.net/an-uong/297-pha-than
However, the comment doesn't show immediately after I submit. I have to refresh the page to view it.
Please help.

Thanks,

Can you let me know what browser you are using? I just tried with Chrome on a Mac and when I posted a comment to the page you noted above, the comment showed up immediately.

Can you try from a different computer and/or browser as well to see if it's specific to where you're testing?

Thanks,
Alex

Hello,

I tried with other computers and browsers also but it is still the same.
I notice that it only happens with the first comment: screencast.com/t/Kftyx9itL

Thanks,
Giang Anh

Sorry for the delay. I'm not sure why you're seeing what you are seeing. In your video, I don't see you actually posting a comment. Is that when the page initially loads or after you click the "Post Comment" blue button.

I took a video of what I see when posting a comment. The comment immediately appears as expected. I'm using Chrome on a Mac:
screencast.com/t/WOq7CiIk1

If there's any more information you can provide about how you are testing or what exactly you are seeing that would help.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello,

I recorded new video here: screencast.com/t/jvigoV9Y9dnJ
I'm using Chrome on Windows 8 and also tested with IE 10, same issue. Please help.

Thanks,
Giang Anh

We can't recreate that issue under any circumstances. We've tried from both Windows 7 and Mac OS computers using different browsers across each.

I'm not sure why the comment wouldn't be posting automatically. It's also not something we've heard from any other users. The posting is completely done by Facebook's Javascript library which we don't have any control over. I'm not sure there will be anything we could do to fix it, even if we could recreate the problem.

All I can suggest is trying a different computer outside your network. It could be an antivirus program, something with your ISP or something else unique to your testing environment. Please keep testing and if you can narrow down anything more specific, we'll gladly investigate further. Again though, I'm not sure we'll be able to fix this one either way.

Thanks,
Alex
