Like popup disappear

The "Confirm" link is done by Facebook itself when it detects that clicks on the Like button may not be legitimate. Basically, it's there way to prevent spammy or malicious clicks of the Like button that aren't done by the user themselves.

The only way to remove that "Confirm" link is to get more Like's on your site and make sure that your site isn't doing anything out of the ordinary to garner those Like clicks. Eventually, Facebook will determine that your site is a positive, good site and will no longer require the extra step from users.

As for me, I clicked the Like -> Confirm and then entered a comment. The Like did appear in my Activity Log within Facebook, so the Like does indeed work on your site, it's just a little more inconvenient right now due to the confirm button.
