Hi there,
I've placed the module tags to show but they're not. You can see that only the tags appear in this: d.pr/v/Opjqlb

The modules are published and set to show on all pages. Can you say why they are not working? Thanks.

If the load tag is not removed, I would think it's a Joomla issue, not JFBConnect. This is a mechanism in Joomla, not related to us.

Some things for you to look into:
1. Please make sure the Joomla plugin is enabled for loading modules. I believe it's 'Content - Load Modules'.
2. If it is enabled, I'd suggest trying to reorder plugin order to see if that affects if the tag is loaded.
3. Check to see if there are any other modules loading with this tag.

Hi Mel,
Thanks for responding. It is enabled. I don't quite understand how reordering works but it has moved a couple places and still it doesn't load.

I also don't know how to check which other modules may be loaded this way.

I also don't know how to check which other modules may be loaded this way.

I mean try an ID of another module in the load tag instead of the ID for SCLogin {loadmoduleid 173} This will help to narrow down whether it's just a tag problem or something with SCLogin

Also, I've never used loadmoduleid; I use loadposition or loadmodule. See here . You could try one of those as well. You'll just have to set a position for the module.

Finally, if you temporarily disable all of the JFBConnect plugins and attempt to load a different module with the tag and it's still not loading, that'll show whether or not it's not related to JFBConnect/SCLogin.
