Error on Instagram Login

Hi,
when i try to login with Instagram i always get this error :

{"error_type": "OAuthException", "code": 400, "error_message": "Invalid scope: []"}

The only user that don't get this error is the Tester.

All the App Settings are as in the tutorial.

How can i fix this?
