JFBC issue re. Facebook Graph API

Hi, can you explain a message I've received from Facebook re. a dependency on Graph API and the need to migrate all calls to this to v 2.12 or higher by 28 January 2020? Can I assume that your extension will be handling this for me?

Extract from Facebook email below:-
"[My integrations] currently have access to Graph API v2.11 which will reach the end of its 2-year lifetime on 28 January, 2020.We estimate 2 endpoints in total will be impacted by this change and may stop working after the automatic upgrade push. To ensure a smooth transition, please migrate all calls to Graph API v2.12 or higher. Use the API Upgrade Tool to understand exactly how this change will impact your app."

I followed the link to their Upgrade Tool but this does not tell me what I can/should actually DO about this, so I am mystified.
