There are several settings in the Facebook page that need to be configured correctly for the messenger to work. Can you verify that you've followed all of the steps in
our blog post
to set it up?
Additionally, make sure that:
1. Your Page is published
2. The whitelisted domain matches exactly with including www or not, https or http
3. You're using the correct Page ID.
