Just purchased this component

Getting this error when signing in with Facebook - although the domain URL is included

Can't load URL: The domain of this URL isn't included in the app's domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and sub-domains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.

Thanks for any help
Mike

Hi

Now getting this
URL blocked: This redirect failed because the redirect URI is not white-listed in the app's client OAuth settings. Make sure that the client and web OAuth logins are on and add all your app domains as valid OAuth redirect URIs.
Any help would be apreciated
Mike

I'm assuming you fixed this issue based on your 2 follow-up messages:

Can't load URL: The domain of this URL isn't included in the app's domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and sub-domains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.

For the following:

URL blocked: This redirect failed because the redirect URI is not white-listed in the app's client OAuth settings. Make sure that the client and web OAuth logins are on and add all your app domains as valid OAuth redirect URIs.

Go to the Facebook Developer area , click into your app and go to the Facebook Login -> Settings section. In the "Valid OAuth Redirect URIs" section, make sure you have all variations of your domain listed along with JFBConnect's query strings, like:
http://site.com/index.php?option=com_jfbconnect&task=authenticate.callback&provider=facebook
https://site.com/index.php?option=com_jfbconnect&task=authenticate.callback&provider=facebook
http://www.site.com/index.php?option=com_jfbconnect&task=authenticate.callback&provider=facebook
https://www.site.com/index.php?option=com_jfbconnect&task=authenticate.callback&provider=facebook
That should fix your issue, but if you're still having trouble, let us know.

Thanks,
Alex

I can't try because the app is in development mode, so I get a different error.

Can you please take a picture of the Login -> Settings section of your app and post that here (or in a PM)? Once we can see your settings, we'll likely be able to get to the bottom of the problem quickly.

Thanks,
Alex

A couple different issues:
1. The only one that looks to be in the correct format is the last one with "...task=authenticate.callback&provider=facebook". Please remove the others.

2. Which domain are you using for this application? The redirect URLs that you have listed are for several different sites. The last redirect URL points to brackleytownfc.com, but the domain you've run Autotune against is brackleycommunityhospital.charity

- If you're using brackleytownfc.com, then your redirect URLs should be
https://brackleytownfc.com/index.php?option=com_jfbconnect&task=authenticate.callback&provider=facebook
https://www.brackleytownfc.com/index.php?option=com_jfbconnect&task=authenticate.callback&provider=facebook

- If you're using brackleycommunityhospital.charity, the URLs should be
https://brackleycommunityhospital.charity/index.php?option=com_jfbconnect&task=authenticate.callback&provider=facebook
https://www.brackleycommunityhospital.charity/index.php?option=com_jfbconnect&task=authenticate.callback&provider=facebook

I'm glad to hear you got authentication to work.

For the "Also post to Facebook" checkbox, that is completely controlled by Facebook. It *should* post to your personal Facebook profile when you comment, but that's up to Facebook's algorithms if it actually does so. Too short of comments or comments on brand new articles (or sites) don't always post as Facebook's algorithms can filter them out. We have absolutely no control over that comment box though. We just instruct Facebook to load it on the page and all the controls in there are shown by Facebook.

The moderation tool, as above, is out of our control. It should only show to you if you are an admin of the Facebook application and logged into Facebook. You do *not* have to be logged into your site.. just into Facebook.com in another tab and the moderation tool will show.

Thanks,
Alex
