Your option to not show on mobile works but does not work the other way around
I want one instance for desktop and one instance for Mobile
On the Desktop instance I would set your option to not show on mobile
On the Mobile instance how would set your option to not show on desktop?

I want the share buttons to show on the very bottom stacked like my Pinterest does now from Ampz

We've never had the request to show in desktop only. It's a good idea and should be able to be added relatively easily. I answered your other message about custom styling for the social sharing buttons in your other thread, so I'm not sure our module will do what you're looking for. I can gladly investigate and provide the updates to make it work for mobile or desktop only if that's something that would help get you going.
