Those are valid permissions. However, your app is not able to ask those permissions from any users until you've gone through the Facebook Application review process. You can read more about the process in our recent blog post,
Facebook App Review Explained
.
With that said, you can test or allow your admins to see those permissions by putting your Facebook App into "Development" mode. To do so, hit the slider in the top right of your app in the
Facebook Developer Area
. Once in Development mode, any Facebook Admins of your app can authenticate on your site and will get that permission. The permission will 'stick' with the user even after you've made the app Live again, which is usually enough for most users of JFBConnect to avoid the full App Review process. You only need to go through App Review if you're going to ask non-admins those permissions, which isn't common.
I hope that helps, but if you need anything else, please let us know!
Thanks,
