Facebook has recently changed a lot of the information available to import into the profiles that requires some changes with how JFBConnect integrates with the FB api's.
* Have you upgraded to JFBConnect 8.0 yet?
* If you have upgraded JFBC, please make sure you've followed our upgrade steps at

* What version of FB application are you using? If you have a newer FB app version but haven't upgraded JFBConnect, that could cause some conflicts.
If you have an active subscription, I'd recommend upgrading to JFBConnect v8.0.0, which is the latest, before trying to narrow down the cause of this. If your subscription has expired, that's fine, but please post from the account you subscribed from, and we'll gladly help investigate further.
* Can you set the Cache Duration to 0 in JFBConnect > Configuration > General area to 0 and try to log out/log in again with the user to see if there's any change?
