I need to disable FB comments plugin only on the homepage. Specifically when when an article is marked as "Featured" AND then it comes to the Home page"
But it should work as usual when the article header is clicked and the full article is viewed.

I know that specific category exclusions and specific article Id exclusion is available. but that does not work since the site content is very dynamic with articles from many categories.
the basic logic i want is disable FB comments appearing on articles(including featured articles) that are on the homepage.

Are these for Joomla articles or K2 items? If this is a Joomla article, does the "Show in Frontpage View" setting in the 'Blog View Settings' section not work for you? Looking at the code, if the article view is frontpage or featured and this setting is disabled, then we shouldn't be showing the comments on that page.

It's easy to overlook a setting. We've grown JFBConnect over time, so there are a lot of different configuration options. Glad I was able to help.

Can you let us know what URL we can see that on? It sounds like a CSS conflict between our module and your template, which should be easy to resolve once we see it live.

Thanks,
Alex

There were some styles from your template that weren't working so well with our styles. Try adding these styles to your scsocialstream theme:
.socialstream [class*=span]{
float: none;
}
.socialstream .row-fluid{
margin-left: 0px;
margin-right: 0px;
}
