I have two errors:

the first is this one:

Facebook API Error: Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user has changed the password.


It's becausse a User has changed his password, when I try to login this is not working.

The second one is that it's impossible to login using Firefox, there is not coming a Facebook popup.

Please upgrade to JFBConnect v7.0. That should fix the token error you're seeing about the user changing the password. Once installed, login using Facebook with the user that you've setup a Channel with. That error happens for Channels that are setup that JFBConnect can no longer access after a user changes their password.

As for Firefox, the popup works for me. If you're not seeing it, that's almost always caused by too strict of privacy settings within Firefox or the use of 3rd party privacy tools that try to block social networks. You'll need to go through your settings to see if you can loosen up some settings. Otherwise, I'd recommend trying from a different, unrelated computer, to see if you still have issues.

I have solved the facebook Api Error thx for you're advice regarding this.

The popup is working in firefox, but when I click on the facebook logo in Firefox, there is nothing loading. I tryed on two pc's and I have the same problem on both of them regarding authenticate with facebook.

I have a third problem with Linkedin, when I try to register with linkedin, it keeps loading and trows me a internal server error. When I look at the server logs, there is a timeout... The script is loading for ages, what Am i doing wrong ? :(

Again, it's working for us, so we'll need to figure out what's different. Can you:
* Go to your page in Firefox
* Go to Tools -> Web Developer -> Web Console in Firefox.
* Then try to click the Facebook Login button
Let us know any new lines that show up in the Console area at the bottom of Firefox. That may help us understand what's going on.

When I look at the server logs, there is a timeout... The script is loading for ages, what Am i doing wrong ? current/sad

The log you sent is for a 3 hour period. Can you clear the log and try to authenticate again? Then, only send us entries that appear from that login process.

The first issue with Facebook is absolutely something blocking the Facebook Javascript library from loading in your browser. The "FB is not defined" is referencing the Facebook library. If you look at the source code of your page, you can see the /sdk.js file being included. Something must be stopping it from loading. Again, it's usually an add-on or privacy setting.

Can you try running Firefox in safe mode to see if things work properly then?

For the second issue, you mention it's a Twitter issue, but the link in the log is from LinkedIn. Can you help clarify which one you're testing? The link looks correct, but we'd need to understand what you're testing to investigate further. In general, the error simply means that LinkedIn isn't responding. That could be because of a firewall on the server or something else adding a long delay. Usually, a misconfiguration of the LinkedIn app would return some response though, so I don't think it's an app setup issue.

I honestly don't know. It sounds like there's a server problem making an outgoing connection to the "www.linkedin.com/uas/oauth2/" URL. It could be a firewall or some other hosting configuration that's blocking the connection to LinkedIn. It could also be LinkedIn blocking incoming requests from your IP address, which sometimes (though very rarely) happens if you're using a shared server and one of the other sites has been doing 'bad' things to LinkedIn.

I'd recommend contacting your hosting provider to see if they can help determine if your server is able to make outgoing requests to the URL in the error log.
