Topic-icon Problems linking JFBConect and Jomsocial

Hi - I am having some trouble setting up my integration with Jomsocial.
I try to do as described in the documentation, but in the "Profile" I can only see a "Custom DB" tap.
Any suggestions on this?

In the Plugin Manager, enable the Social Profiles - JomSocial plugin. That should properly show the configuration settings for JomSocial. If that plugin isn't available, please re-install JFBConnect. Our installer will only install the plugins on your site that it thinks you can use, so if you installed JomSocial after JFBConnect, the plugin wouldn't have been installed initially.

Thanks for your reply.
I try to install the component again - but with no luck.
Then I uninstalled the component, and installled it again - still no luck..
Then I uninstallled the component, deleted the tabels in the DB, and installed the component again, - still no luck..

Any suggestions?

You shouldn't need to do all that. If the plugin isn't installed automatically, please try unzipping the JFBConnect package locally. From there, you can install the plugin from the /packages/plugins/socialprofiles directory.

If it still doesn't show, then something really strange is happening. Hopefully that's not the case though :)

Great! Not sure why the installer wasn't detecting JomSocial, but glad to hear it's going now.
