The Social Toolbar will only show to the super admins on your site. It won't show to guests or even normal registered users. The Toolbar is there to help you diagnose issues with Open Graph Tags on the page (for sharing) or to post your content to social networks using the "Create Post" button.
With all that said, if you don't even want it to display for Super Admins, you can disable it completely by in the JFBConnect -> Configuration with the "Show Social Toolbar" setting.
