no action when facebook button is clicked was created by movedto

i get the following error message when i click on the facebook button

Uncaught ReferenceError: jfbc is not defined

up to date chrome on windows 10, no problem in other browsers

If jfbc is not defined, it means that the jfbconnect.js file is not being properly included on the page. Please check:
* You have the JFBCSystem plugin enabled
* If you're using an 'optimization' extension to combine Javascript files, please try disabling it
* If you have caching enabled, please try disabling it
