In the Profiles area, you can configure JFBConnect to import as much, or as little, profile information as you want for the user. The fields we show there are all that Facebook allows to be imported into 3rd party websites, but it covers almost all of a user's profile.
As for importing all of a user's status updates, that's not something we support and, I think (but am not sure) would be against Facebook's Terms of Service. While FB wants to let you (the admin) allow for easier access to your site for your users by letting them login with Facebook, they don't necessarily want you to be able to let people leave Facebook altogether. You're allowed to import and show the most recent Facebook status, and we can even go back and see the last few posts. Pulling every status update and storing it on your site likely violates something. There's also many different privacy issues that become involved when trying to pull that much data.
I hope that helps explain, but if there's any more I can help with or anything you'd like to provide feedback on on the above, just let us know.
Thanks,
Alex
