It seems like there's a redirection going on during the authentication process that's stripping some of the data returned from Facebook. That data is required for JFBConnect to properly authenticate the user.

Can you test the following things to see when it starts working, and we can help investigate further from there:
* Disable SEF URLs (either in the Joomla Global Configuration area or any 3rd party extensions you have enabled)
* Disable your language switching extension
* Disable caching

I'm pretty sure one of those will make things work. Once we know which one resolves the issue, let us know the details of what you had to disable and we should be able to help get that feature re-enabled.

Thanks,
Alex

Unfortunately none of these solved the issue? Just for your information I didn't make any of these changes. At first it was working.

In that case, we'd need admin access to your site to investigate further. The first steps we'll take are to disable the 3 things I mentioned above to test further. If that doesn't work, we'll try to dig deeper into what is causing the redirection on your site. Those 3 items are almost always the cause though.

Thanks for the credentials. I did the following:
* Disabled the "Ultimate Social Elements (JSDK) (by web-expert.gr)". It's re-including the Facebook Javascript library, which can conflict with JFBConnect.
* In the K2 - Parameters, I disabled the "Enable reCaptcha on registration form" setting.

The ReCaptcha was definitely the issue. For some reason, they're captcha was checking the registration data even though we didn't go through the K2 registration flow. I'd recommend enabling Joomla's built-in captcha, which only works during a real Joomla registration and not during a social network authentication.

Finally, during the investigation, I tried to change your template default. In the process, I think I switched your default template on accident. Please verify your settings there.

I hope that helps, but if you run into anything else, just let me know.

Thanks,
Alex

There's 2 settings for Recaptcha in Joomla:
* In the Joomla - Global Configuration area to setup the default captcha to use
* In the User Manager - Options area, you can specify which captcha to use for registration.

I hope that helps get you going, but if you need more help, just let me know.

Thanks,
Alex

I have enable recaptcha plug in and I selected recaptcha. (It is the only option) . There is no problem with face login like before

I specified which captcha I want but after these I cannot see any captcha in registration form.

Thank you for your answers man.

Which registration form are you looking at? Are you testing the JFBConnect registration form or the Joomla registration (non-social login) form?

For JFBConnect, the captcha likely won't be shown. That setting will only enable it for the Joomla registration form. For JFBConnect, you won't need it. Since the user is logging in through a social network, they don't need additional verification since you have their social data already and the social network performs it's own checks already.

Let me know what form isn't showing the captcha and we'll gladly help investigate more.

Thanks,
Alex

From your other post , I'm assuming you're using the standard Joomla registration page. If that's the case, I'd recommend trying to disable the System - K2 plugin to see if the captcha form shows. If so, you'd need to contact K2 to determine how to use the built-in Joomla captcha instead of their own.

Thanks,
Alex
