Please double-check your Subscriber Id (from the My Profile page) and what you entered into JFBConnect (in the Configuration page). There were some subscriber IDs that were inadvertently updated a few months back. It was a low number, but it's possible you were affected.

My guess is once you update your ID in JFBConnect, you'll have no problem making a connection.
