How to update JFB connect that says Must be updated manually

I'm not sure why 2 are showing up there, that's a little strange. As for the message to update, currently, the only way to upgrade JFBConnect is to download the latest release from the My Downloads area on this site. Then, install using the standard Joomla installer. We're working on an integrated updater for the admin area that we hope to release later this year.
