Facebook is getting pretty slick... I tried to put a privacy policy that I made up and facebook said no.. like they could check it instantly and verify that not only that doesn't exist but even if it is a real page and not a privacy policy they still reject it. lol amazing. so I used this and made a privacy policy and it worked.
