Hello,

I migrated my jomsocial website domain.
Before :it was : www.friendy.fr and now it's www.ofrate.co

So I modified my facebook app, but when I want to reconfigure the JFBConnect plugin I CAN'T.
The plugin recommend to me the www.friendy.fr domain and I can't save my changes.

And I have a second problem, (creating my new facebook app), its impossible too to set the url and secure url canevas at :www.ofrate.co
facebook say :
Error
URL du canevas must point to a directory (i.e., end with a '/' or a dynamic page (i.e., have a '?' somewhere).
URL sécurisée du canevas must point to a directory (i.e., end with a '/' or a dynamic page (i.e., have a '?' somewhere).

Please can you help me ?

When you're using the Autotune Configuration tool of JFBConnect, if you moved domains, use the "Refresh" setting at the top. It should come up with new recommendations for your new domain.

When you set the Canvas, the URLs you should be setting are:
Canvas URL: www.ofrate.co/
Secure Canvas URL: www.ofrate.co/

If those aren't the recommendations that the Autotune Configuration tool are recommending, let us know and we'll look into it further.

Thanks,
Alex

You have another Facebook extension already configured on your site that's also trying to handle registrations. That extension is also configured with a different AppId, which is a problem.

I believe it's your Gavick template. Please go into the template settings and disable the social features for logging in there.

Hope that helps,
Alex
