Glad we could help before. The previous question was a simple answer, so we had no problem providing that support immediately. However, for more help, especially stuff that may need to be investigated, like above, we'll need to know the account of the user that subscribed. Can you let us know the user's account? Alternatively, can you post (or private message) us the URL of the site you ran Autotune one? With that, we can look up the subscriber's info.
Knowing the URL will also help diagnose the problem, because I'm really not sure why the user would be redirected to a different page than where you have it configured to go to.
