Kunena Forum

Currently, the JFBC logic only works for importing into Community Builder or JomSocial. We think it would be pretty easy to add support for Kunena. If you are interested, we can put it on the list of things to investigate for the next release. If you have a deadline when you would need it, let us know.

Having users that are excited about new functionality definitely makes me want to get it out there for them quicker. I will keep you up to date on my progress. If you don't hear back from me, feel free to reply to this post to ask for a status update to make sure I don't get off task

My business partners are going on vacation next week and leaving me here all by myself, so most of my time next week will probably be spent just trying to put out fires. I wouldn't expect us to have anything out until March.

If you are interested in trying to modify the code to insert the data into Kunena rather than CB/JS, I can try to help out. I'm not sure how quickly you need a solution.

I am planning on starting to look at this functionality next week and hope to have something for you to try by mid-week. My business parters will be out of town all week, so I want to wait until they are back and can look over my work before making it available to everyone, but if you interested in testing it out before then, I can give you a pre-release beta version.
