On the overview I see following message

Please check your Facebook Settings in the Configuration Tab
Visit the JFBConnect Product Page and JFBConnect Forum for more information.
Error Message: Session key invalid or no longer valid

When I click on the facebook connect icon on my website I get following error

"The link appears to be broken" and the URL is <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://server_name/javascript&#058;;&Itemid=151">http://server_name/javascript&#058;;&Itemid=151

When I go back to my <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://server_name">http://server_name, I find out that I am actually logged in. So, the facebook connect button did work but
I wonder what is that broken link error and what is that session key invalid error?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

This can happen right after you've created a new FB application, but should clear itself up shortly thereafter. If you're continuing to see it, try logging out of Facebook, closing your browser, and re-visiting the admin area.

If you continue to see it after that, let us know.

Just so you know, on the front-end, we do checks to catch an 'session-key invalid' states and prevent the user from seeing erroneous data

The red information in the admin area now went away. I guess that could be explained by the fact that I was updating the facebook application...

I still am getting the other behaviour which is kindda like show stopper for me...

Can you send a link to your site (you can PM it on the right if you don't want others to see it ---->). That way we can check out the html that's being spit out and likely determine your problem. A lot of the time it's javascript conflicts or mootools issues.

Thanks!
