Hi all ,

Great work ... I just installed and active the new login module and disable the Joomla Login Module. I have one question regarding this :

- Is there any way of using also the Gmail authentication method that Joomla Provide (i.e. have a gmail button under the facebook button and allow users to login/register using their gmail account) ?

A small problem I have is that whenever a user clicks on the register link of the new Login module (the facebook one) he gets redirected to the CB registration page but next to the registration fields it has the joomla login form

Any ideas ? <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="new.paixnidoupoli.gr/en/component/comprofiler/registers.html">new.paixnidoupoli.gr/en/componen ... sters.html

P.S the site is still in beta form.. :)

I'm assuming your talking about the "_LOGIN_TITLE" box to the left of the register form? I can't say I know where that's coming from, but it's the Community Builder login module (or looks exactly like it). Try listing your modules in the backend and disabling that one if you can find it. Otherwise, it's possible that's part of your template or something.. try a different one to see if it goes away and that should help narrow down the issue.

Finally, for GMail, we don't interfere with the standard login process, so if you leave the gmail authentication plugin active, it should still work through our login module. Let us know if you find something different.

Yes this is the one. But I have completely deleted the mod_login and the mod_cblogin and still have the same. As far as I can understand this is the cb login module and not the native joomla login module....any idea on this ?

Regarding the gmail login, is there any way that I can put a gmail log on your login module to inform users that they can login using their gmail account?

The best I can guess is that your template itself is including that module. Try switching to any other template and see if it appears on that page.

As for modifying the jfbc_login module, you can edit the /modules/mod_jfbclogin/tmpl/default.php file and insert whatever image or code you'd want in there. The 'right' way to do it is to actually create a template override, where you copy the above file to your templates folder and modify it there. The path for the new file should be: /templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/modules/mod_jfbclogin/default.php.
