Hi

I was installing JFBConnect on my site, for the third(!) time, following you instruction
in the new installation guide (thank you).
I must say that your software is very problematic (say the least <!-- s:-) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":-)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:-) -->.

After the installation it was working for short while but then again;
when a user (who already used JFBConnect for registration on my site),
come back while being already logged in to facebook,
the page is loaded on the pop-up, even if still not logged in to my site.
(A repeat click on the connect logo in the pop up will eventually log in , still in the pop up).

If a user come again while not being logged into facebook, then the JFBConnect will function good
but the JFBinvite will not function. it will load the interface without the photos and no functionality).
This is the way it happens in FireFox. In Safari JFBInvite will work fine, in second log in, but also
the page will load in the pop up if the user is still logged in in facebook)

Could you help to solve the problems? Can I send you admin log in, to investigate? (where shall I send it to
and to which person?) I will also be happy to make you a developer in my facebook connect application so you
can check that side too (that need that I add you as a friend first. so what is your facebook name?)

Hope for your quick respond, so that I can move on.

Best Regards
Eagle

After reading more posts in the forum, including two posts with a similar problem, I did try to start again the installation processes.
I was even going one more step further, and used another facebook account to create a totally new application
with only the minimum inputs, and keeping the default configurations untouched.
Nothing works.
All problems are just repeating, in both browsers. (and again, it works fine a few times and then back to problems.

Thank you for the tips Dear Jumarob.
Is is it still working for you?
I did follow also this and tried again (4th time <!-- s:-( --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_sad.gif" alt=":-(" title="Sad" /><!-- s:-( --> but, same problem;
after a few good loading and registration, the page is loading on the pop up (in Firefox the problem start fast after
and in Safari a bit after.) Then it is not only on my computer but also by other computers. I did some tests. )

Goodreality:
Logging into your site, I'm able to see the invite module. When logging out, I'm getting the Javascript error "se is not defined" which has a bug-tracker in Facebook for it. You can see it below, and Facebook states its their issue (nothing we can do about it).

I'm not experiencing the other issues you've stated. When I log into Facebook and return to your site, clicking the blue "Facebook" button just logs me in immediately and brings me to the invite module. This is using Firefox. Is there any specific issues that may be causing this with your configuration? Have you tried with different Facebook users?

Feel free to PM us a site admin account. We can look to ensure that everything is configured correctly, but again, are unfortunately unable to reproduce the issues your stating.

Hi SourceCoast
You are now administrator with the account that you created.
It is again at the same place where it was; After a short use of a few log in and out, the page
is loading on the pop up.
Thank you for your support

Glad to hear it's going better, and hope we helped out. I know we weren't super responsive at times, and we do apologize. This is tough work and it's not our only software we develop and support. We actually have another developer coming on board in a week, and we can't wait!

Either way, if you run into any more issues, definitely let us know!

No problem.

It looks as if some of the problems were coming from the facebook platform.
I did not do a thing since my last post, and as if from itself, the pop up started to behave...
Now it is working just fine and I love it!

One thing still don't work right;
The invite module does not work at all for a returning visitor, in Firefox (I could only try it on Macs).
It is working as it should on Safari.

In any case; I thank you for the work and the help.
Best regards
Eagle
