Hi,
I use jomsocial v1.1.145 and JFBConnect to connect Facebook users to my community.

When fb user use fconnect icon and logged in, jomsocial create user profile and import fb avatar, username (like firstname_randomnumer) , BUT NO EMAIL FIELD, email field create from fbconnect was something like <!-- e --><a href="This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.">This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and not the real email field from facebook user. Why? Where is mistake?!?

Please help me if U can.

That is how JFBConnect 2.0.1 functions. The new 2.1 Test version has the ability to ask a user their preferred username, password, and email address. A test version of it is available now which works very well with JomSocial. There are still bugs to be worked out of the Community Builder side.

It's available as a download now. Just go to the "Your Downloads" page on CMS Market. We'll be updating it shortly, so you may want to wait a day or so. Installing a new version is pretty painless though, so if your anxious, go for it now!
