That string is in the language file. Simply set the right-hand side of the message to blank and it will disappear.

That's likely not a setting we'll add. We try to keep the configuration area as clean as possible, and while it may help you in this case, it could easily lead down the path of an on/off for many language strings. We really don't want to do that as there's enough components out there that have gotten out of control with the amount of configuration options.
