Unfortunately, not right now. JFBConnect 2.x uses the authentication system for Facebook Connect available before the Graph API. We've announced the end of feature implementations for the 2.x branch while we focus on 3.x, which will implement the Graph API. That version isn't available yet, but we're targeting this summer to have the first rev out (with some really neat features and an easy upgrade path from 2.x).
In many ways, Facebook has made the Graph API and the previous libraries incompatible. I don't know if you can easily get the access_token from the library included in the previous version. We'll investigate and see if we can come up with a better answer. I did want to get you an answer as soon as possible though, so you received some feedback on this request.
