Actually, that isn't something we support yet. We're planning to add auto-posting abilities of content to Facebook Pages and Groups in the next major release, due in February.
As for pulling content, that's not being planned right now. That's more difficult to do in an easy to configure way since the post has to be pulled into your database and formatted properly. After we get the outbound auto-posting going, if there's enough requests for pulling in content, we'll be investigating that as well.
