There isn't a way to show the highest Like count URLs from your site. However, you may find either of the following modules useful:
* JFBConnect Feed module - Will show recent activity from your site, whether it's user's commenting, like'ing, reading, or other 'actions' you can configure
* JFBConnect Recommendations - Will show personalized recommendations from Facebook to the user logged in. That's based on what other users with similar interests have Like'd or commented on on your site. If the user hasn't logged in with Facebook, a general list of what's popular will be displayed.

Hope that helps with some ideas on how best to integrate with Facebook.
