JFBConnect creates 100% standard Joomla users. So guests that register or login using Facebook should work with JsJobs, and any other extension, as long as it's a native Joomla extension that works with the standard Joomla user manager.
With that said, we haven't ever tested with JsJobs, so I can't guarantee anything. Additionally, profile information definitely wont' be automatically imported since we don't have any built-in support for JsJobs. JFBConnect would still improve the user experience by creating a single-sign on experience with little or no forms as well as all the other advantages of JFBConnect (Open Graph, social widgets, etc).
