Facebook only has one Like button that is the standard button to use. However, you could create a specific Open Graph Action that owners or users could use to click to do whatever you want on your site. It could be an "I created" button or something like that.
To get it done well, I'd highly recommend having a developer or someone who could help with some of the implementation details. JFBConnect makes it very easy to create the action ("I created", "I read", "I like", "I enjoyed") and associate it to the articles on your site. You'd just need a developer to help implement the actual button and make sure it's only visible to the owner of the article instead of users (or whatever configuration you want).
